CPM Africa is made up of a team of Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Data/IT, planners and integrated development experts with tremendous years of collective individual experience in delivering complex sustainable projects of green intent. Our team of architects develop the conceptual designs based on functionality of needs, our geotechnical/ soil engineers investigate and engineer the soil conditions for our structural engineers to undertake all the static analysis to ensure the safety and robustness of the system and finalized by our team of cost engineers who work alongside the other engineering disciplines notably survey, fire, electrical, electronics, network, acoustics, civil, facade and mechanical through a thorough value engineering analysis and Information Technology base approach to scale down on the construction cost.
Over the past years, CPM Africa has pitched itself in the development of sustainable designs and research in the construction industry. In line with this principle, CPM Africa has established global collaborations with some of the leading sustainable modular construction units with green intent for future developments across Africa. These collaborations include prefabricated buildings, Solar Air-Conditioning and Solar Water Treatment Systems
CPM Africa was created under the principles of honesty, integrity and professionalism in delivering construction projects. After years of individual experiences by the founders of diverse and multicultural backgrounds, it was clear that, the African way of delivering projects was particularly peculiar given the unique challenges that are posed in delivering projects in Africa. It is against this backdrop that, CPM Africa is formed with a clear understanding of how to deliver projects successfully and professionally within the African challenges.
We believe that we have found a better way to develop your project from conception to turn-key through identifying challenging critical path and managing it. It starts with the understanding that if we listen more and collaborate more closely that together we will complete complex projects in simple ways successfully through critical path management. Where successfully in the CPM Africa parlance means within budget, time, quality and required scope.
